With Airbnb management, we take care of all aspects of short-term rental (typically under 30 days), such as listing creation and booking management, cleaning/laundry services, guest communication etc, while long-term rental management (typically 6+ months) includes screening tenants, signing tenancy agreements, and managing maintenance requests.
